Landlords will be able to see all their property information, including rent payments, owner draws, financial statements, any maintenance requests or past repairs, and other property information. Tenants will be able to see their rent payments and submit requests for repairs or information that will be sent directly to their property manager. We know in the digital age online portals are taking over with ticketing systems, but you will always be able to reach your dedicated property manager by email, or phone.

• Through our online portal we collect rent on the 1st of every month. After rent is collected and any bills applied we send funds directly to your bank account. When rent is sent to you, you will receive an email notification telling you the details of your payments.
