From start to finish our services include tenant placement and screening, advertising, rent collection, managing repairs, vendor management, and many more tenant related issues. We will be the main point of contact so you never have to get a call in the middle of the night again.     • Property advertising, listings on various sites and social media with professional photos.

    • In depth tenant screening on all applications to find you A++ tenants, and landlord approved lease signing.

  • Both landlords and tenants will have access to an online portal. Landlords will be able to see all their property information, including rent payments, owner draws, financial statements, any maintenance requests or past repairs, and other property information. Tenants will be able to see their rent payments and submit requests for repairs or information that will be sent directly to their property manager. We know in the digital age online portals are taking over with ticketing systems, but you will always be able to reach your dedicated property manager by email, or phone.

    • Through our online portal we collect rent on the 1st of every month. After rent is collected and any bills applied we send funds directly to your bank account. When rent is sent to you, you will receive an email notification telling you the details of your payments.

    • We use an online pre-authorized debit system for rent collection which saves the hassle of cheques.

    • Rent Increases - we will help with any rent increases for your property so you get the most value following the LTB guidelines.

    • From a leaking sink, to a broken appliance we help handle all repairs and maintenance. If anything is wrong we will notify you, let you know what is going on the estimated cost, and send a professional licensed vendor to the property. We have trusted vendors in all trades to help with any scenarios.

    • Property inspections are important to make sure your property is being looked after. We do inspections, take photos, and have a report to send you after each inspection.

    • Our managers are up to date on any changes to the Residential Tenancies Act, and Landlord and Tenant Board procedures.

    • We will be the main point of contact for your tenants so you never have to get calls at 3am again.

    • In case of emergency we have a 24/7 number that tenants can reach us at.
